Which is cuter: "Smurfs" or "Trollkins"?

"Smurfs."
"Trollkins."
Both products of 3400 Cahuenga Boulevard from 1981; "Smurfs" for NBC and
"Trollkins" for CBS.
Some in this forum have, in past, wondered if "Smurfs" (which ran a full
nine seasons) may have been the beginning of the end for Hanna-Barbera
producing top-class Saturday-morning animation (and even suggesting that
such may explain the raison d'etre for having the Hanna-Barbera star
removed from the Hollywood Walk of Fame).
True, "Smurfs" may have been based on a popular Belgian comic-book
series, and production was suggested after the daughter of the President
of NBC was seen playing with Smurfs dolls ahead of an affiliates'
meeting in Aspen, CO in the summer of 1980. (And yes, Joe Barbera,
notwithstanding the Emmys won by "Smurfs," did NOT exactly like
producing "Smurfs," whereas "Trollkins" was more the style 3400 Cahuenga
was accustomed to. Not to mention a personal favourite of J.R.B.)
Which is cuter, "Smurfs" or "Trollkins"?
And can you please explain your choice?

TROLLKINS.Even with many of the same writers flaws, it was much more closer to HB style as IlludiumPhosX said.Steve

There were also The Snorks, and I alwasy thought the Dozers from Fraggle
Rock deserved they're own (perhaps animated) series.

AnimatedViews.com recently had an article about the history of The Smurfs.
